FT Asst. Business Manager

Assist with daily financial operations and office management responsibilities in Business Office for system and library branches. Duties include bill paying, bank deposits, running monthly financial reports. Work with Development staff to update and maintain donor database. Work with branch libraries and vendors on items such as P.O.’s and invoices.  Assist the Business Manager and provide supervision for Administrative Assistant as needed. Requirements: Experience with QuickBooks, databases, and Microsoft Office programs. Business Administration degree or 3 years business experience preferred. Must have excellent money management, customer service and organizational skills. Hours M-F 8:00 – 3:30. Competitive benefits. Starting salary $20,000 – $25,000 depending on experience.

PT Substitute Library Assistant

Subs needed for outreach vehicles, delivery van and library branches. Cross-training required on the Bookmobile, Book Buggy, inter-library delivery van and at library branches to fill in as needed for staff out sick or on vacation. Candidates must have good customer service skills, a flexible schedule, be able to pass background checks and have a good driving record. Hours:  Up to 18 hours per week, as needed, Monday – Saturday, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Starting Pay: $7.50 – $9.00 per hour depending on experience.
